Richard Fordyce, Missouri Director of Agriculture, recently spoke to a group of Litton Agriculture Education Center students at the MW Jenkins Expo Center at the Litton Agriculture Campus.
As Missouri’s Director of Agriculture, Fordyce has set forth priorities to advance youth in agriculture, international trade, farm safety, consumer awareness and environmental stewardship.
Fordyce spoke with students regarding their role in agriculture and how the opportunities and skills provided by FFA will turn them into the leaders of tomorrow. Agriculture is Missouri’s leading industry and will need strong leadership in the future.
