Minnesota boy hurt in UTV accident east of Milan

A Minnesota boy was injured yesterday afternoon, the highway patrol said, when he was thrown from a utility terrain vehicle (UTV) when it struck a bump in the road two miles to the east of Milan on Pacific Road.

The highway patrol listed injuries as minor for 12-year-old Logan Marthaler of Black Duck, Minnesota. He was taken by ambulance to the Sullivan County Memorial Hospital in Milan. The report noted the youth was a passenger in the UTV driven by 20-year-old Chelsea Hiltner of Coon Rapids, Minnesota who wasn’t hurt.
