Milan man arrested by patrol on drug charges

A Milan resident, 52-year old Jack Blackburn has been charged in Grundy County with possessing the controlled substances methamphetamine and Clonazepam.

Blackburn was arrested by the highway patrol and was being held in the Grundy County Detention Center on $20,000 cash only bond. He is to appear September 13th in the Associate Division of Grundy County circuit court.

Blackburn also was accused by the patrol of unlawful use of drug paraphernalia and failure to drive on the right half of the road resulting in an accident.
