Joseph Orville Lawson is reporting an address of 9803 LIV 229, Chillicothe, Missouri 64601.
Lawson is described as a white male, five feet, eight inches tall, weighing one hundred thirty-five pounds. He has brown hair, brown eyes with a birth date of 12-12-1971.
He reports no employer, and no registered vehicle at this time.
Lawson was first charged on April 1, 1990, then convicted in 1991 of sodomy in Livingston County with a 6-year-old girl.
