Contractors will pave U.S. Hwy 69 from Pence Road to south of Loop 35 and Business 36 from Ensign Trace Road to U.S. Hwy 69. The operation will take approximately two weeks to complete. During the paving, no parking will be permitted on U.S. Hwy 69 through Cameron and a 10-foot width restriction will be in place.

Motorists should expect single lane closures along these routes and will experience significant delays. Please seek an alternate route, if possible.

These projects are part of a $1.65 million award to Ideker, Inc. that also included resurfacing .88 miles of Business Loop 35 from Interstate 35 west to U.S. Highway 69 in Cameron and 6.9 miles of Route 33 in Clinton County. The total length of these improvements is 10.99 miles.
