Inexperience, But Talented Freshmen, Storylines For 2013 THS Girl's Golf

The Trenton High School girl's golf team will boast higher numbers, but less experience, coming into the 2013 fall season.

The Lady Bulldogs opened practice in drizzle on Monday morning at Riverside Country Club, with Head Coach Jeremy Austin admittedly still putting names and faces together with a very young group.

Eight young women will participate in golf this fall at THS. Here is Coach Austin:

Last year, five represented the Lady Bulldogs golf team, and with graduation taking a large hit into that number, recruiting players for this fall became essential:

The Lady Bulldogs open the season at the St. Joseph Lafayette Tournament on Thursday, August 29th. A trip to Brookfield comes up on Tuesday, September 3rd. The home opener is the following night against Chillicothe, on Wednesday, September 4th at Riverside Country Club in Trenton.
