Newtown Man Gets Prison On Sexual Misconduct Charges

|A Sullivan county man is going to prison for four years after pleading guilty to two felony charges. |
Wesley Tuley, 44, of Newtown, Missouri, entered a guilty plea to a charge of sexual misconduct involving a child.
He had been accused of exposing himself to a boy under the age of 15.
Tuley also pleaded guilty to a charge of unlawful use of a weapon.
That charge stemmed from video found on his computer in which he pointed a gun at a minor child's foot, and said he was going to blow it off.
Tuley was sentenced to four years in prison on each charge with the two sentences running concurrently.
