Harrison Collins, 63, of Unionville, entered the plea to a single count of second degree statutory sodomy. He was sentenced in February to six years in prison, with 120-days in the Sex Offender Treatment Unit.

Following the 120 days, Judge Jack Peace ordered Collins to serve five years probation. Failing to complete the five years probation without incident, he could be sent back for the remainder of his sentence.

Collins had originally been charged with first degree child molestation.
