The accident occurred when a four wheeler apparently was driven from L-I-V Road 304 into the path of a vehicle traveling north on Highway 65.

The state patrol described injuries as minor for the driver of the northbound vehicle: 22 year old Tyler Jeschke of Chillicothe as well as for a passenger on the four wheeler—23 year old Ridge Barron of Dawn. The operator of the A-T-V was listed as 15 year old Joseph Cox of Chillicothe.

After the collision, the patrol said the four wheeler skidded off the east side of 65, then overturned ejecting both its driver and passenger. Damage was extensive to the four wheeler and moderate to the other vehicle.
