Albany Man Injured In Accident

An Albany man was hurt, when according to the Highway Patrol, he fell asleep and the vehicle he was driving overturned off Highway 136 East of Stanberry.

Twenty two year old Logan Evans of Albany was taken to Northwest Medical Center at Albany with what the Highway patrol called moderate injuries.

The accident was Saturday morning five miles East of Stanberry on highway 136. The eastbound vehicle Went off the left side of the road, hit an embankment, and overturned once coming to rest on its wheels.

The patrol indicated Evans was not wearing a seat belt.
