The driver, 27-year old Haely Bonderer, was taken to Hedrick Medical Center with what the Highway Patrol called SERIOUS injuries. A passenger, five year old Christian Still, was taken to Hedrick Medical with minor injuries.
The accident was late Tuesday morning two miles west of Chillicothe on Highway 36. The Patrol said the eastbound van traveled into the median, where Ms. Bonderer over-corrected. The vehicle then rotated 180 degrees, returned to the eastbound lanes, and overturned several times, coming to rest on its wheels.

The van was demolished. Both people WERE wearing seat belts at the time of the accident.
