Accident near Utica injures Bosworth man

A Bosworth resident received what the Highway Patrol called SERIOUS injuries when the car he was driving went off U.S. Highway 36 and hit a tree in western Livingston County.
Sixty-seven year old Keith Clavin of Bosworth was taken to Truman Medical Center of Kansas City. This accident was early Saturday night one mile east of Utica on U.S. Highway 36. The Patrol said the eastbound car went off the right side of the road and hit the tree, extensively damaging the vehicle. Clavin was wearing a seat belt.
