Green Hills Community Action offering free seminars in Trenton

|Green Hills Community Action Agency is partnering with the Grundy County Health Department and the University of Missouri Extension to offer area residents a full day of free workshops designed to help them meet the challenges of modern life.|
There are several workshops to choose from, and persons are free to choose only those classes that most interest them; stay for just one or stay for the whole day.
Workshops will be held in the conference room of the COMMUNITY ACTION AGENCY at 15-06 Oklahoma Avenue, in Trenton, are scheduled for Thursday, December 13th, beginning at 9am and running until 2:45pm.
Slated for this day are various topics: 9am Success Begins With You; 10:15: Renter’s Rights; 12:30: Money Smart, Tips & Resources;
and 1:45 Green Cleaning.
Gas cards, door prizes, goody bags, and snacks may be offered throughout the day.
If interested in pre-registering for any of the courses, call Green Hills community action
agency in Trenton (359-3907) extension 1023. Interested persons are to pre-registered in
order to qualify for door prizes or other rewards for attendance.
This project/program is funded in whole/or part with federal funds received from the U-S Department of Health & Human Services (HHS), Community Services Block Grant, as provided by the Missouri Department of Social Services, Family Support Division. Funds received from the Family Support Division are all federally funded.
