Free workshop on estate planning scheduled at NCMC

|North Central Missouri College Foundation will host an Estate Planning Seminar to be held Tuesday, December 11th in Cross Hall on the NCMC campus in Trenton. The seminar will be in Room 107 at 6:00 p.m. |
Two members of the Foundation’s Board of Directors, Bruce Constant and Allan Seidel, will be conducting the Seminar. Constant, CPA and partner in Lockridge Constant & Conrad CPAs, and Seidel, attorney and partner in the Seidel Havens & Dennis LLC law firm, bring years of combined tax and legal experience to share with those attending this event.
Among topics discussed will be Estate Taxes, Estate Tax Avoidance, Charitable Giving, Ways to Make Charitable Gifts, Income Tax Rules Relative to Property, Wills and Probate, Payable on Death, Transfer on Death, and Ways to Avoid Probate and Trusts.
