|The Missouri Department of Transportation will be replacing sections of Highway 6 between Novinger and Kirksville today (Tuesday) and tomorrow. It will result in one-lane traffic. Flagmen will direct motorists. There will be a 15 foot width restriction in the work zones from 7:30 to 3 o'clock both days.|
Traffic could remain one lane until around 7 o'clock both nights, to allow adequate drying time for the concrete.
MoDOT says crews and equipment will be working close to traffic in the work zones, so extra caution should be taken by motorists. Minor delays can be expected.
Today (Tuesday), Caldwell County Route CC will be closed three-quarters of a mile west of Highway 13 for a culvert replacement. The road will be closed until 3 o'clock, and motorists will need to choose an alternate route.
Highway 139 in Linn County will be CLOSED from Atlas Road to Route B on Friday for pavement repair. The road will be closed from 8 to 2 o'clock. The road was scheduled to close on Tuesday, but that work was rescheduled to Friday. Motorists will need to use an alternate route.
