State champion Meadville places four in All-State boy's softball team

Coming off their state championship effort at Danner Park in Chillicothe, the 2012 Meadville Eagles boy's softball team has placed four players on the 2012 Missouri Boy's All-State Softball team.
Meadville players on the squad are senior Derek Smith, senior Derrick Knifong, junior Kolton Friesner, and junior Trevor Corzette. Knifong, Friesner, and Corzette were unanimous selections.

The three other unanimous picks to the squad were Jefferson senior Zach Jermain, Mercer senior Caleb Wyatt, and North Harrison senior Garren Gibson.

The remaining honorees are Tina-Avalon seniors Noah Meyers and Joe Ray, Jefferson seniors Sam Kelley and Jordan McCrary, North Mercer junior Thomas Mallinson, North Harrison junior Luke Stanley, and Newtown-Harris junior Micah Busick.
