|People can raise money for S.M. Rissler Elementary School in Trenton by test-driving a Chrysler Town and Country minivan Tuesday afternoon and evening. Barnes-Baker Motors in Trenton will supply the vehicles and volunteers to assist with the drives, with test drives to be taken from 3 to 7 o'clock this (Tuesday) afternoon in the Rissler parking lot.|
People ages 18 and older, with a valid driver's license, may participate. Chrysler provides $10.00 for each test drive. The school says Chrysler places NO limit on the number of drives, or the amount which can be earned.
Chrysler introduced its "Drive For the Kids" program in 1993. Since then, Chrysler has contributed over $3,500,000 to schools.
The PTO at Rissler Elementary will hold a meeting at 6 o'clock tonight (Tuesday night). Refreshments will be provided to those taking a test drive. Child care will be provided for the drivers.
