The Missouri Highway Patrol says an "injury accident" occurred on Monday morning nearly two miles east of Cameron, but the extent of injuries for the occupants was not provided to the news media.
The Highway Patrol said 61 year old Janice Watkins of Cameron was driving a westbound vehicle, following a van pulling a trailer which had slowed to about 10 miles per hour because of two motorized wheelchairs in front. The SUV ran into the towed unit, causing it to become unhooked from the van.

Both the towed trailer and the SUV went off the right side of U.S. Highwya 36 and came to a stop on the shoulder, with the SUV described as "being inside the towed unit". The driver of the van pulling the trailer was 20 year old Bradley Fuhrman of Marshfield, Wisconsin.
