Unionville meth bust results in three arrests

The Unionville Police Department, on Monday, arrested three men after discovering an active meth lab at 905 South 22nd Street in Unionville. The men are facing multiple drug charges related to the discovery.
The three men have been identified as 22 year old Christopher Sears, 47 year old Donald Gilligan, and 27 year old James Boyer.

Sears is charged with manufacture of more than five grams of marijuana or any controlled substance in a residence with a child or within 2,000 feet of a school, college or school bus, distribution with intent to distribute a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, endangering the welfare of a child and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Gilligan is charged with manufacture of more than five grams of marijuana or any controlled substance in a residence with a child or within 2,000 feet of a school, college or school bus, keeping or maintaining a public nuisance, possession of a controlled substance, endangering the welfare of a child and possession of a controlled substance.

Boyer is charged with manufacture of more than five grams of marijuana or any controlled substance in a residence with a child or within 2,000 feet of a school, college or school bus, two counts of providing reagents, solvents or precursor materials to another with the intent of illegal production of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance.
