Livingston County accident injures two

| A woman and child from Hale sustained what the Highway Patrol called minor injuries in a Monday afternoon accident five miles east of Avalon, in southern Livingston County.
The patrol said 24 year old Charity Sheetz was treated at the scene while a four year old boy, Remington Crowley, was taken by ambulance to Hedrick Medical Center in Chillicothe.
The Patrol said the westbound SUV attempted to negotiate a left-hand curve, but went off Route H. The driver over-corrected with the vehicle going off the opposite side of the road where it struck a ditch. Damage was moderate to the vehicle. Both people were using seat belts.
