Green City woman injured in Randolph County accident

Residents of Green City and Moberly were injured when a pickup truck overturned off a Randolph County road late Saturday night.
The Highway Patrol said two passengers, Drew Calvert of Moberly and Nicole Lunsford of Green City, both 18, were taken by private vehicle to Moberly Regional Medical Center. The Patrol said Calvert had SERIOUS injuries and Ms. Lunsford received MODERATE injuries.

The driver, 16 year old Jacob Johnson of Huntsville, was not reported hurt.

The accident was just east of Huntsville on a rural Randolph County road. The investigating officer said the truck went out of control, traveled off the right side of the road, and overturned. The vehicle was extensively damaged.

The Patrol said none of the three people were wearing a seat belt.
