David Nowland selected for NCMC teaching award

North Central Missouri College students have selected agriculture teacher David Nowland for the Brown-Pushkarsky Award. The recognition is given annually to a North Central instructor who best exemplifies dedication to teaching. The award is named after two long-time instructors at the college.
North Central students have chosen Sara Bonnett for the Allnut Award, which is given to a staff member providing exemplary service to students. Other honors given during the annual faculty/staff recognition luncheon went to Joyce Cutsinger for excellence in teaching and David Nowland for a "Top Sail" award.

Retiring NCMC employees Joyce Cutsinger, Marian Goodin, and Steve Maxey were recognized. Eighteen North Central employees were recognized for 5, 10, and 15 years of service.
