North Central Missouri Mental Health Center To Hold Parenting Classes

North Central Missouri Mental Health Center is offering free parenting classes at Trenton on Tuesday afternoons in September.

They'll be held from 3 until 5 o'clock in the downstairs area of the Mental Health Center. It's located at 28th Street and Oklahoma Avenue at Trenton.

Persons are invited to choose the classes which meet their parenting needs.

A program focusing on children ages 5 to 10 is September 2nd. It's called Handle Misbehavior.

Infants and toddlers are the topic of a class on September 9th named Where's the Manual?.

A focus on teenagers is September 16th. It's called Decision Making.

The topic on September 23rd is titled Succeeding in School.

A program called Building Relationships in a Blended Family is September 30th.

Each class includes a power point video, handouts, and discussion. Registration can be made by contacting the North Central Missouri Mental Health Center at Trenton.
