The open house is from 4 until 6 o'clock at the Bethany Community Center. The public can go there at any time during that period. No formal presentations are scheduled.

The Department of Transportation last Friday released a draft proposed lists of projects to be funded should voters, statewide, approve a 3/4 cent state sales tax for transportation. The public vote is August 5th.

Public comments are being accepted now through July 3rd regarding the proposed projects. The Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission is to review those public comments, then update the list for approval at the Commission's July 9th meeting. Persons unable to attend an open house can provide input on the Missouri Department of
Transportation's website.
