Mad Science Day At Local Libraries Starts At 10 This Morning

Both locations will have a presentation today from an educational group called Mad Science. It lists affiliations in Central Iowa and Greater Kansas City.
The web site for Mad Science promotes itself as the leading science enrichment provider for students ranging from pre-school through sixth grade.
The presentations are designed to spark imagination and curiosity by transforming laboratory science into fun, interactive learning experiences for kids.
The instructors have a science and / or teaching background to go with the summertime library theme of “fizz, boom, read.”
The Mad Scientist is to give a program at 10 o'clock this morning at the Mercer County Library in Princeton. A presentation is scheduled at 1 o'clock this afternoon at the Grundy County Jewett Norris Library in Trenton.
Both are open to the public and free.
