University Extension To Hold Parent Education Workshops

University Extension holds a series of Parent Education workshops at Chillicothe beginning June 24th.

The five sessions are to be offered during a five week period. Topics include family strengths, communication, positive discipline, money matters, and kids and self-esteem. Each day covers a different topic. Participants are asked to attend each of the topics. They'll be held at the University of Missouri Extension office at Chillicothe.

The first session is the afternoon of June 24th from 2 until 4 o'clock.

The workshops are free. Registration is required by contacting University of Missouri Extension at Chillicothe. Questions should be directed to Human Development Specialist, Jessica Trussell.
