The patrol report now identifies the injured boy as 17 year old Edgar Hernandez Prado.

He was listed in the accident report yesterday as receiving serious injuries; and flown to the Truman Medical Center of Kansas City. The northbound car he was driving, authorities said, crossed the median, went airborne, and traveled into the southbound passing lane where a collision occurred with a truck driven by 66 year old William Wyant of Martinsville.

The patrols' arrest report shows an investigation is being done with Hernandez- Prado to be “held” for U-S Immigration and Customs Enforcement. (ICE) The report said the youth is accused of felonies for alleged fleeing from law enforcement and operating a stolen vehicle; felony possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia; misdemeanor assault; five traffic violations; and two falsified documents for identification.
