Hosick recently visited the BYU campus in Provo, Utah, and has indicated that the Cougars have his only offer from a Division One program. Rumored interest from Kansas State University has not materialized. Total Blue Sports reported both the offer from BYU to Hosick, and the acceptance of the offer.

To be able to play in the 2014 season, Hosick is planning to enroll at Northeastern Oklahoma A&M, a two-year JUCO in Miami, Oklahoma.

Coming out of Staley, Hosick was a highly-sought after four-star dual-style quarterback, but became buried in the depth chart at Missouri, behind the likes of James Franklin and Maty Mauk.
