The Lady Pirates lost an eight-inning 1-0 heart-breaker in first round action against St. Charles Community College. Freshman Scotlin Hurley twirled eight innings, giving up just one run (in the top of the 8th inning), giving up three walks with two strikeouts. The Lady Pirates only managed three hits, with Hailey Lowery, Jennifer Stock, and Christine McCoy getting the base knocks. Lowery drew two walks, but the Lady Pirates failed to score.

Dropped into loser's bracket play, the Lady Pirates scored in the first inning against Jefferson College, with Alexa Blackwell blasting a lead-off solo home run. That would be the only offense for the Lady Pirates, who gave up seven runs in the second inning, and lost 11-1 in a run-rule shortened five inning game. Tierney Martin had a double for the only other NCMC hit. Lauren White went the first two innings for North Central and took the loss, with Hurley pitching the 3rd, 4th, and 5th innings. North Central Missouri College finishes the season with a record of 22-23. Jefferson College went on to win the Region 16 championship, beating Three Rivers Community College 6-1 on Sunday afternoon.

Scotlin Hurley, the freshman pitcher from Trenton, was named All-Region 16 second team battery and 1st team All-Region 16 utility player. Jennifer Stock and Hailey Lowery were also named All-Region 16 infielders.
