Chillicothe Resident Bound Over To Division One Of Circuit Court

Thirty nine year old Timothy Ashlock of Chillicothe waived a preliminary hearing and was bound over to Division 1 of Circuit Court on charges accusing him with 2nd degree burglary and 1st degree tampering last October 10th.

Ashlock is accused in the burglary charge of unlawfully entering a structure owned by
Jack McNabb Jr. of rural Trenton for the purpose of stealing.

Ashlock is accused in the tampering charge of unlawfully operating two 4 wheelers.

The charges described Ashlock as a persistent offender. They say Ashlock pleaded guilty to 2 counts of burglary and 2 counts of stealing in 1996, burglary in 2006, and possessing a controlled substance in 2011, all in Livingston County.
