Minnesota Woman Injured In Accident Near Bethany

|A Minnesota resident was hurt yesterday morning south of Bethany, when according to the highway patrol, the car she was driving was hit from behind on Interstate 35, went off the road, and overturned several times. |
38 year old Sarah Nelson of Elk River, Minnesota was taken to Harrison County Community Hospital at Bethany with what the patrol called minor injuries.
The accident was 3 miles south of Bethany in the driving lane of southbound I 35. The patrol said the car Ms. Nelson was operating was hit from behind by a car driven by 22 year old Quentin Hogan of Ridgeway. After the impact, the vehicle operated by Ms. Nelson went off the right side of the road, hit an embankment, and rolled several times before coming to rest on its wheels.
Ms. Nelson's car was demolished. Damage was listed as moderate to the vehicle operated by Hogan.
The patrol said both persons were wearing seatbelts.
