The Chillicothe Police Department has released a current activity report, which includes accidents, shoplifting and a disturbance.

On 03/03/14 officers were dispatched to a two-vehicle non-injury accident at the intersection of Jefferson and Webster Street. Officers reported that a vehicle driven by Gary Allen was eastbound on Webster Street and was struck by a green Chevrolet pickup that was southbound on Jefferson. The Chevrolet failed to stop at a stop sign and left the scene following the accident. Officers reported moderate damage to the Allen vehicle and the incident remains under investigation.

On 03/03/14, officers were dispatched to a two- vehicle non-injury accident on a private parking lot in the 1000 block of Graves Street. Officers reported that a vehicle driven by Randy Price was backing from a parking stall and struck a vehicle driven by Allie Adkison causing minor damage.

Officers were dispatched to a disturbance in the 500 block of West Mohawk. The incident was verbal and no arrests were made.

Officers were dispatched to a report of shoplifting in the 700 block of Webster Street. The incident remains under investigation.

Officers were dispatched to a report of a lost or stolen cell phone in the 600 block of Walnut Street.

Officers were dispatched to a report of property being stolen in the1100 block of Smith Street. The incident remains under investigation.
