Mental Health Center To Offer Free Parenting Class

The North Central Missouri Mental Health Center will offer free parenting classes at its Brookfield office on six dates.

Topics are what is parenting/preventing problem behavior next Wednesday, how to handle misbehavior/focus on children ages 5 to 10 on February 26th, how to help your child succeed in school March 5th, building relationships in a blended family March 12th, decision making/focus on teenagers March 19th, and where's the manual/parenting infants and toddlers on March 26th.

Each class is during the afternoon from 1 until 3 o'clock at the Brookfield office of the
North Central Missouri Mental Health Center. It's at 1102 West Helm Street---beside the YMCA and elementary school.

Each class includes power point, video, handouts, and discussion. Persons wishing to attend may register by telephoning the North Central Missouri Mental Health Center offices at Trenton or Brookfield.
