|The North Central Missouri College men picked up one of their biggest victories of the season on Wednesday night, winning at Johnson County (KS) Community College, 72-68.|
The Pirates trailed by four points with three minutes to go, when Johnson County was hit with an intentional foul and technical foul on the same play. Jory Woodson hit all four free throws, and after a three-point shot by Tyrell Thirkield, NCMC claimed the lead. They would never give it back.

Johnson County, now 4-14 on the season, had 22 points each from Pat Jones and Preston Oakes.
