Those figures represent payments received in the first 9 months of this fiscal year---May through January.

The increases, in dollars, are about $7800 for general purposes, around $4,000 for capital projects, and $1200 for parks.

Total receipts thus far for those 3 taxes are nearly $559,000 for general purposes,
Nearly $279,000 for capital projects, and $259,000 for parks.

The general purposes tax is 1%, while the other taxes are 1/2%.

Income from the capital projects tax is greater than the parks revenue primarily because the parks tax cannot be charged on domestic utilities.
