Trenton Police Department Dubs National DWI Campaign A Success

The Trenton Police Department participated in a national Driving While Intoxicated Enforcement campaign December 13th through January 2nd.

Trenton Police Chief, Tommy Wright, called the campaign a success. There were 3 drunken driving arrests, what Wright called 9 other significant arrests, and 12 citations.

Chief Wright said he's proud of hard work and dedication by Trenton Police to make the city's roads safer.

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration and nearly 10,000 law enforcement agencies across the country participated in this year's Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over campaign.
