The fiscal year figures are for the period of May through November.

The increases, in dollars, are nearly $7400 for general purposes, nearly $3800 for capital projects, and slightly over $1400 for parks.

Total receipts thus far this year for those 3 taxes, are more than $418,000 for general purposes, nearly $209,000 for capital projects, and nearly $194,000 for parks.

The general purposes tax is 1%, while the other taxes are 1/2%.

Income from the capital projects tax is greater than the parks revenue primarily because the parks tax cannot be charged on domestic utilities.
