Friday Morning Accident Injures Four

A car overturned off an icy road west of Albany on Friday morning, injuring four Darlington residents.

The driver, 16-year old Stephanie Ramer, and passengers, 14-year old Adam Ramer, 12-year old Charity Ramer, and ten-year old Sierra Anthony, were taken to Northwest Medical Center (in Albany), all with injuries described as minor by the Highway Patrol.

The accident was four miles west of Albany on Route H. The Patrol said the northbound car slid off the left side of the road, hit an embankment, and overturned 1/2 time onto its top. The vehicle had extensive damage. All FOUR people were wearing seat belts.
