Arrests Made In Chillicothe Drug Investigation

A 3 month undercover drug investigation by Chillicothe police completed Monday has resulted in the arrest of several persons accused of distributing controlled substances in Chillicothe.

Chillicothe Police Department Captain, Tony Kirkendoll, said drugs purchased during the undercover investigation were methamphetamine, prescription pills, and marijuana.

Kirkendoll said April Owings of Trenton was accused of 3 counts of distribution of a controlled substance near a school. Bond is $35,000 cash only.

Stephanie Rodriquez, Carson Symmonds, Patricia Folsom, Michael Oleson, Billie Gray, Kevin Gray, and Desmond Huff, all from Chillicothe, are charged with distribution of a controlled substance near a school. Each has a bond of $25,000 cash.

Blaze Hussey of Chillicothe is charged with distribution of not more than 5 grams of marijuana. Bond is $15,000 cash.

Captain Kirkendoll said former Chillicothe resident, Brent Slaughter, was being sought on a warrant accusing him with distribution of a controlled substance near a school. The charge carries a bond of $25,000 cash. Captain Kirkendoll said persons with information where Slaughter can be located are asked to contact the Chillicothe Police Department.

Arrested earlier as a result of the drug investigation were Leon Smith and Abby Cooley, both of Chillicothe. Smith was arrested October 22nd and Ms. Cooley in August. Both are charged with distribution of a controlled substance.

Ages of the persons charged were not available from Chillicothe police.
