Estate Planning Seminar To Be Held At Trenton

|North Central Missouri College Foundation will host an Estate Planning Seminar on Monday night, November 18th, in Cross Hall on the college campus in downtown Trenton.|
The event begins at 6 o'clock. ¬†It is free and open to the public. For the second time, two members of the NCMC Foundation Board of Directors, Bruce Constant and Allan Seidel, will conduct this educational seminar.
Constant, a CPA and partner in the Lockridge, Constant & Conrad accounting firm, and Seidel, an attorney and partner in the Seidel, Havens & Dennis law firm, bring years of combined tax and legal experience.¬†
Among topics to be discussed are Estate Taxes, Estate Tax Avoidance, Charitable Giving, Ways to Make Charitable Gifts, IRA Charitable Rollovers, Income Tax Rules Relative to Property, Wills and Probate, Payable on Death, Transfer on Death, Ways to Avoid Probate, and Trusts.¬† Following the seminar, refreshments will be served in the Cross Coffee Shop.
