Milan, at 5-0, has amassed 46.6 points, exactly 1.01 points more than Salisbury, with the Panthers racking up 45.59 points. Salisbury defeated Milan in last year's District 6 championship game at Cal Hubbard Field. The Marceline Tigers, after suffering back-to-back losses to Salisbury and Westran, have fallen off the face a bit, but still are comfortably in the #3 slot, with 34.83 points. The Putnam County Midgets, with a 2-4 record and wins over Albany and Schuyler County, are #4 with 25.83 points. The top four seeds will earn HOME games for the quarterfinals in district play, on Friday, November 1st.

In the fifth position through six weeks of the season are the Falcons from Fayette HIgh School, with 25.17 points. Princeton, at 1-5, sits sixth with 17.49 points. The Tigers, with games over the next two weeks against King City and Braymer, appear to have an opportunity to make a move before their regular season finale against Maysville. Slater is at #7 this week, with 14.02 points, with the win-less Braymer Bobcats sitting at #8, with 13.2 points.

If the season ended today, quarterfinal matchups would be: Braymer at Milan, Slater at Salisbury, Princeton at Marceline, and Fayette at Putnam County.
