The request was submitted by T-M-D Incorporated on behalf of the restaurant. The matter had been tabled last month.

It was removed from the table at last evenings' meeting; then members voted to approve the final plat. Public hearings were held on two bills making changes to sign ordinances.

The planning and zoning board is recommending approval of changes that are designed to clarify, correct, and update the city ordinance regulating signs.

It was noted the ordinance involving signs was not changed when planning and zoning changes were updated in the city codes.

Both of the recommendations will be considered by members of the Trenton City Council at a future meeting.
