The Chillicothe Police Department recently released their activities report.

Officers were dispatched to the 1300 block of Easton Street in reference to a disturbance and a report that a female was making threats to harm herself. Officers transported the female to HMC for treatment and evaluation.

Officers recovered several heavy equipment wrenches at US 36 and Mitchell Road. The wrenches can be claimed at the Chillicothe Police Department.

Officers arrested Courtney Jones in the 600 block of Walnut Street on a Chillicothe Municipal Warrant for peace disturbance. Jones was processed and released after posting bond.

Officers were dispatched to a domestic disturbance in the 1200 block of Walnut Street. The incident was verbal and no arrests were made.

Officers conducted a traffic enforcement stop at Us 65 and Business 36 Hwy. Officers arrested Tara L. Donoho for driving while intoxicated, failure to drive on the right half of the roadway, and no headlamps. Donoho was transported to the Police Department where she was processed and released on Associate Citations.

Officers conducted a traffic stop in the 1200 block of Third Street. Officers arrested Randy L. Painter for possession of Methamphetamine and paraphernalia along with possession of a stolen vehicle. The vehicle was impounded and Painter was transported to the Police Department. Painter was processed and transferred to the Daviess DeKalb Regional Jail.

Officers were dispatched to a report of a residential burglary in the 800 block of Missouri Avenue. The incident remains under investigation.

Officers were dispatched to a report of a theft from a residence in the 800 block of Elm Street. The incident remains under investigation.

Officers assisted the Livingston County Children's Division on an investigation in the 1500 block of Locust Street.

On 09/18/13, officers were dispatched to a report of a two-vehicle accident on a private parking lot in the 1200 block of Washington Street. Officers were advised that a parked vehicle was struck by another vehicle that left the scene without reporting the accident. The incident remains under investigation.

On 09/21/13 officers were dispatched to a one-vehicle accident at the intersection of Jackson and Washington Street. Officers reported that a motorcycle driven by Bobby R. Breeden was northbound on Washington Street when he lost control of the motorcycle causing the motorcycle to fall on its side and slid a short distance. Officers reported minor injuries to the passenger who refused medical assistance at the scene. Minor damage was reported to the motorcycle.

On 09/21/13 officers were dispatched to a two-vehicle non-injury accident on a private lot in the 700 block of Elm Street. Officers reported that a vehicle driven by Dee A. Milner was backing and struck a parked vehicle causing minor damage.

Officers conducted a traffic enforcement stop at Hickory and First Street. Officers arrested Dennis P. Blankenship for driving while suspended. Blankenship was transported to the Police Department where he was processed and released on a Municipal Citation.

Officers conducted a traffic enforcement stop at Washington and Webster Street. Officers arrested the driver, Michael E. Love on an active felony warrant from Ray County. Love was transported to the Police Department where he was processed and released after posting bond.

Officers were dispatched to a domestic disturbance in the 300 block of Jackson Street. The incident was determined to be verbal and no arrests were made.

Officers arrested Nicholas Lawson in the 100 block of Brunswick for minor in possession of intoxicants. Lawson was transported to the Police Department where he was processed and released on a Municipal Citation.

The Chillicothe Police Department responded to 121 calls for service.
