Two of the persons continue to be held in custody while law enforcement officers are still looking for a third suspect.

Arrested on four felony counts each were 32 year old Carson Allen Symmonds and 30 year old Stephanie Lynn Rodriguez—both of 428 Cowgill in Chillicothe.

Bonds were set at 20 thousand dollars cash for each person. They are held at the Grundy County Detention Center with appearances scheduled next Tuesday in the Associate division of the Grundy county circuit court. The pair faces two counts of conspiracy to commit first degree burglary and two counts of receiving stolen property.

Grundy County Sheriff Rodney Herring identified the third individual as 46 year old Moses Miranda of Chillicothe. Four felony counts were filed against him in Grundy County: two counts of burglary in the first degree; one count of stealing a firearm; and one count of stealing property valued over 500 dollars but less than 25 thousand dollars. Bond was initially been set at 20 thousand dollars cash.

Moses Miranda is described as five foot six inches tall, weighing 170 pounds. Warrant information on Symmonds and Rodriguez accuse them of conspiring to commit burglary and unlawfully remaining inside two locations on Tuesday.
