SULLIVAN COUNTY. MO. -- A northeast Missouri woman has been arrested on federal charges.

KANSAS CITY, Mo. - A van carrying 10 people slammed into the back of a tractor trailer in northwest Missouri Thursday morning in a multi-car collision that killed two and injured nine others.
