Two Mooresville girls were hurt when a sport utility vehicle overturned off a road north of Ludlow on Thursday afternoon. The driver, 16-year old Brittany Twyman, and a passenger, 14-year old Shauna Hughes, were taken by private vehicle to Liberty Urgent Care in Liberty. The Highway Patrol said each person had MODERATE injuries.

A Unionville resident was hurt on Wednesday afternoon when the sport utility vehicle she was driving went out of control on Highway 5 north of Unionville and hit a mailbox and a utility box. Eighteen-year old Marissa Shuey suffered 'minor' injuries, and was treated at Putnam County Memorial Hospital in Unionville.

A Maysville couple has died at the scene of a single vehicle wreck in DeKalb County. The highway patrol identified the victims as 30 year old Nicole Browden and her husband, 27 year old Michael Browden.

The Highway Patrol reports that two Cameron boys were in a car that apparently experienced equipment failure and went off Clinton County Route T on Thursday afternoon. A passenger, 12 year old Wyatt Stone, received what were described as minor injuries and was taken to Cameron Regional Medical Center.

One person was killed and another suffered SERIOUS injuries on Friday night when a car overturned off a road northeast of Grant City, throwing both teenage boys from the vehicle. Fatally injured was the driver, 17-year old Cody Schrock of Grant City. A passenger, 17-year old Justin Smith of Grant City, was taken to Northwest Medical Center in Albany with what the Highway Patrol described as SERIOUS injuries.

A Brookfield resident was injured early Sunday morning when the pickup truck she was driving overturned off Highway 11 at the Linn-Chariton County line. Twenty-four year old Dustie Howard was taken to Pershing Memorial Hospital in Brookfield and later flown to University Hospital in Columbia. The Highway Patrol said she had MODERATE injuries.

Two residents of Centerville, Iowa were injured when a driver apparently fell asleep and the vehicle traveled off U-S Highway 136 in Putnam County.

A Cameron resident was hurt early Thursday morning when the car she was driving slid off a road south of Cameron. Thirty-nine year old Brandy Skouby was taken to Cameron Regional Medical Center with what the Highway Patrol called minor injuries.

A Carrollton woman received what the Highway Patrol described as minor injuries after her car was struck from behind in a Carroll County collision late Wednesday afternoon. The crash happened on Highway 65, one mile to the north of Route W.

A Wednesday morning accident in rural Livingston County injured a man from Dawn. The Highway Patrol said 26-year old Bradley Baughman received SERIOUS injuries and was taken to Hedrick Medical Center in Chillicothe.

A southwest Missouri man received what the Highway Patrol called minor injuries when the tractor-trailer unit he was driving slid into the median of Interstate 35 north of Bethany. Sixty-six year old Eddie Phillips of Wheatland was to seek treatment on his own.

A Maysville woman, 24-year old Brittany Bracken, sustained what the Highway Patrol called minor injuries in an accident on Tuesday afternoon three miles east of Fairport. Ms. Bracken was taken by ambulance to Cameron Regional Medical Center.

Trenton and Chillicothe men were killed late Friday night when a pickup truck overturned off Highway 190 northwest of Chillicothe and hit two utility poles. Fatally injured were the driver, 27-year old Byron King of Chillicothe and a passenger, 19-year old Dakota "Codi" Nichols. The accident was eight miles northwest of Chillicothe on Highway 190. The Highway Patrol said the eastbound pickup crested a hill at high speed, became airborne, landed on the pavement, then skidded off the right side of the road.

A Carrollton resident was hurt when the car she was driving traveled off a Carroll County road, hit a road sign, went airborne, hit a ditch embankment, and overturned, coming to rest on its wheels in the ditch. Twenty-six year old Angela Grimes was taken to Carroll County Memorial Hospital (in Carrollton) with injuries described as MODERATE by the Highway Patrol.

Four members of a Kidder family were hurt when a van traveled off Highway 6 east of Jamesport, hit a ditch, became airborne, and hit the ground again. The Highway Patrol said the driver, 27-year old Melissa Potts, and her children - three year old Brooklyn Morgan, eight-year old Zayden Edge, and three-year old Tristan Edge, all of Kidder, were taken to Liberty Hospital with MODERATE injuries.

A Carroll County resident was injured early Sunday morning when the car he was driving overturned off Highway 24 east of Carrollton. Twenty-year old Chase Ewing of Bogard was taken to University Hospital in Columbia, with injuries described as MODERATE by the Highway Patrol.

A Unionville resident, 35 year old Lanna Phipps, was injured Sunday night when her car went off Highway 6 in Sullivan County and struck a ditch two miles east of Milan.

A sport utility vehicle overturned off of a FROST-covered Highway 6 near Galt early Thursday morning, injuring a Lucerne resident. Twenty-two year old Daniel Thompson was taken to Wright Memorial Hospital in Trenton, with injuries described as minor by the Highway Patrol.

A Carrollton woman, 19-year old Hannah Davis, received minor injuries when her southbound car was struck in the side by a deer. The accident early on Tuesday evening was on Highway 65 in Carroll County, just north of Route J. The Highway Patrol said Ms. Davis was taken by ambulance to Carroll County Memorial Hospital in Carrollton. Damage was minor to the car. The driver was using a seat belt.

A Stewartsville resident was hurt when the pickup truck he was driving went off Highway 36 near Cameron and hit an embankment and a culvert. Fifty-five year old Ricky Shanks of Stewartsville was taken to Heartland Regional Medical Center in St. Joseph, with injuries described as MODERATE by the Highway Patrol.
