Four youths from Albany and Stanberry were hurt early Friday morning when a car traveled off Highway 136 and hit a tree west of Princeton. The Highway Patrol said a passenger, 17-year old Hunter Sweat of Albany, received the worst injuries of the four, his described as "MODERATE" by authorities at the scene.

A Bucklin pedestrian was hurt on Wednesday night when he was hit by a car on Highway 129.

Two teenagers were injured on Tuesday when (according to the Highway Patrol) their pickup twice ran off a road north of Bethany and overturned onto the driver's side. The accident happened on Harrison County Route W, three miles north of Bethany.

A Maysville resident was hurt when the car she was driving overturned off a road in northern DeKalb County. Nineteen year old Natalie Lemmon of Maysville was taken by private vehicle to Heartland Regional Medical Center in St. Joseph.

A Chillicothe man was killed on Sunday afternoon when the sport utility vehicle he was driving went off a rain-slickened road and overturned, throwing him out. Twenty-one year old James Reynolds was pronounced dead at the scene, seven miles northwest of Chillicothe on Livingston County Route A.

Four people were hurt when a sport utility vehicle overturned several times northeast of Trenton. A passenger, 23 year old Mary Tunnell of Trenton was taken to Wright Memorial Hospital (in Trenton), and then flown by medical helicopter to Truman Medical Center in Kansas City. The Patrol said she had SERIOUS injuries.

A Browning man was killed yesterday afternoon when, according to the highway patrol, 47 year old Troy Flummer was operating a motorcycle when he attempted to pass a truck when the truck was making a left turn.

Two Cameron residents were injured this (Thursday) morning when a sport utility vehicle overturned north of Cameron. The driver (68 year old Judy Person) and passenger (55 year old Margaret Hamilton) were taken to Cameron Regional Medical center with 'minor' injuries.

Novinger and Milan residents were hurt when a car traveled into the path of a truck in Novinger this weekend (according to the Highway Patrol). The driver of the car, 35 year old Jason Brandenburg of Novinger, was taken to Northeast Regional Medical Center in Kirksville, with "MODERATE" described injuries.

Two people were injured, including a Missouri teenager, in a traffic accident five miles north of Trenton on Sunday morning. It happened on Grundy County Route A and Northwest 50th Street.

A Bucklin man, 36-year old Michael Simpson, suffered injuries described as minor by the Highway Patrol, after being involved in a two-vehicle accident in rural Linn County, ten miles north of Marceline on Route U.

A resident of Purdin, 40 year old Lynisa Ferdig, received what the Highway Patrol called MODERATE injuries when her van traveled off Linn County Route M (twice) and struck a ditch.

An accident involving a car and a motorcycle in the city of Trenton resulted in the motorcyclist being taken to Wright Memorial Hospital. Police said 56 year old Larry Denny of Trenton, who was thrown from the cycle, reported pain to his ribs and back, in addition to scrapes to his arms. The driver of the car, 79 year old Richard McLallen of Livingston, Texas, was not reported. He resides a portion of the year in Trenton.

A Kirksville woman suffered "minor" injuries in a one-vehicle accident on Friday night, one mile west of Novinger on Highway 6, in western Adair County. Twenty-six year old Miranda Mayes refused treatment at the scene for her injuries.

Vehicles driven by 40-year old Erin Parnell of Osborn and 60-year old Lila Bell-Wietharn of Kansas City were involved in an accident on U.S. Highway 71 in Cass County late Friday morning, injuring three northwest Missouri residents.

Two Blue Springs residents were injured when a car hit a deer on Interstate 35 in Daviess County on Wednesday night.
