A Grundy county jury deliberated two and a half hours yesterday afternoon before delivering an acquittal on felony charges filed against a Trenton resident, 33 year old Jeffrey Van Hoozer. The decision by jurors was unanimous.
A Gilman City resident was hurt southeast of Bethany when the pickup truck she was driving traveled off Highway 146, hit a ditch, tipped onto the driver's side of the vehicle, and then came to rest upright on its wheels.
