The Grundy County Public Water Supply District has issued a precautionary boil advisory in southwestern Grundy County. The affected area is both south of Route 190 and 146, and west of the Thompson River.
The Missouri Attorney General's Office says 33-year old Kenneth Shumate of Unionville has been sentenced to three life sentences, plus 55 years, for three counts of statutory sodomy in the first degree, six counts of statutory sodomy in the second degree, two counts of statutory rape in the second degree, and one count of sexual exploitation of a child.
