KTTN/KGOZ News : Livingston County man arrested after "cemetery incidents"

A 37 year old man has been charged in Livingston County with second degree assault and possession of controlled substances following incidents at an area cemetery. Donald Walker is being held in custody on $50,000 cash bond. The Livingston County Sheriff's Department said other charges may be pending.

A Nebraska truck driver was injured in an accident yesterday (Wednesday) three miles west of Cameron. The Highway Patrol said 30 year old Kenneth Hinds of Columbus, Nebraska was eastbound when his tractor-trailer ran off U-S 36, struck a fence and two utility poles, returned to the highway, crossed the road, and came to a stop in the median.
